Although I agree with this Declaration, I never knew the King of England in my lifetime, and the Representative of the State of Texas, of which I gave my consent, with my signature, never has affixed his signature on this document, in 1776, or anytime thereafter. Therefore, this document, as much as I would like it to, therefore being a legal document, without my or my Representative's signature, of my State of Residence, cannot represent myself, and others like myself, and my State of Residence, hereby the Great State of Texas.
Likewise with the Constitution of 1789. My Representative, or myself have never affixed their signature upon that document, being a legal document, can only legally have genuine and true affect upon myself, and can only be legally binding upon myself, not without my personal consent, via my own signature, or my Representative, given to him, via my Power of Attorney. The annexation of the Great State of Texas, in 1845, is not sufficient, to give my consent, to either the Declaration or the Constitution, of these United States of America. I inherited this annexation via birth, and not with my adult consent via my or my Representative's signature, on either document. These documents, being legal documents, must have my or my Representative's signature, to be legally binding upon myself.

It has been generally accepted, the consensus, that "time to time" is meant to be each generation. Each generation of Americans, must affirm the legitimacy of the government of the United States of America. This is not given at the poll, or the voting booth.
On Democracy
The United States of course is not a democracy but a wonderfully crafted pretense. We have separated the results of elections from the formulation of policy. It is a neat trick: Voting distracts the rabble without disturbing the government. You cannot possibly—can you?—believe that your vote will change anything of importance? That it will end the flood of semi-literate Mexican proletarians who join our own? Divert the schools from their ghettoish apotheosis of the mentally lame and halt? Cause governmental behavior to rely on merit instead of race, creed, color, sex, and national origin?

I passionately advise they throw off the yoke of bondage that inhibits, strangles, and even kills them, destroys and steals their wealth and property, and poisons the futures of all who seek to live unchained. No shedding of blood or violent extremism is necessary. Just take the time to officially declare withdrawal of your consent.

As long as I acknowledge myself as a United States citizen, and a resident of the State of Texas, the GOVERNING AUTHORITY is the "Law of Land." The Constitution of the United States, and the Constitution of the State of Texas. Whereas the 10th Amendment of the Bill of Rights guarantees the State's Constitution.
As it becomes more and more apparent that this nation's Constitution is becoming null and void, by either the US governments own actions, or by my increasing knowledge and awareness of its legal standing. And, so far as the State of Texas Constitution, and the more and more ambiguous nature of it, by recent guarantees and actions of the State of Texas, the more recent example of the Texas National Guard given over to Federal Control under the President of the United States as Commander and Chief, and not the State Constitution's appointment of the Governor of the State of Texas, I hold the Constitution of the State of Texas, to be under same suspicion as the United States Constitution as the guarantor and protector of my God Given rights as a free thinking human being.
The GOVERNING AUTHORITY is no man, or group of men. It is only men under, given their oath and pledge, to the Constitutions of the United States of America, and the State of Texas.
Since I have no demonstrated and/or displayed guarantee of either in recent events, I hold the GOVERNING AUTHORITY to be my adult conscience, under and given to me by my Lord God and Heavenly Creator Father, through the blood of his Son Christ Jesus of Nazareth and my Risen Savior, through the comforting counsel of his Holy Spirit.
