Peter Fleming's Foreward

[Reprinted for the benefit of those who are still considering the entire book]

Whether or not it's appropriate for a literary agent to write his client's Foreword, I don't know. If I'm breaking the rules here, well, this a rule-breaking book. Example. During last spring's Bookexpo in Los Angeles, I agently introduced my client, Tupper Saussy, to one of New York's most unshockable publishing executives. As Tupper articulately summarized Rulers of Evil for him, I personally witnessed the brow of this fearless executive develop a twitch. I saw him actually gulp. With my own ears I heard him say, "This is a little too extreme for us."

The twitch developed as Tupper was saying "the Roman Catholic Church really does run the world, including the United States government, and this is openly declared in monuments and emblems and insignia as well as official documents..." By the time Tupper calmly reached the payoff -- "And this is good, because it's divinely ordained" -- the exec was staring into space.

All right, Rulers of Evil is extreme. (Does that frighten you?) It was researched and written during a decade of flight that probably saved the author's life from vindictive federal authorities. I wanted to represent this book from the moment I read the first draft back in 1993, completely unaware that its author could claim the classic Miracle on Main Street as his own. (Tupper Saussy's identity was not revealed to me until his capture in 1997. He can keep a secret.)

Like no book I've seen in my thirty years of literary-agenting, Rulers of Evil lays out who's really who in world power, pegs them evil (about as evil as the rest of us, more or less), and then explains how spiritual wickedness in high places works for the ultimate good of mankind. It's the book about conspiracies that doesn't advocate throwing the bums out.

Rulers of Evil is almost a self-help product. The useful knowledge it imparts reveals the world structure as it really is. Once we can see, our choices increase, our pathways widen, and our lives improve.

But don't expect a breeze. Parts of the book are so rich in historical detail that your brain might fell overburdened. When that happens, just flip to more readable parts. Or study the pictures. My client doesn't mind being read casually, back to front, front to back, middle out, a few pages at a time. Enjoy freedom of movement. If a chapter doesn't fit today's mood, find another one that does. Use a bookmark, or the dustjacket flaps.

Ultimately, you'll get it all. And when you do, I predict you'll be a different person. You'll have a new worldview, one shaped by evidence that has never been assembled quite this way before. I can say this with confidence because Rulers of Evil is still influencing my own life, having begun in me a process of answering many of the heretofore unanswerable questions of our time.

Wonders Never Cease -- Don't They?

Being the geek (I am a network engineer) that most wish to assign to me, I don't know why I did not think of this before. Interesting that since the so-called demise of RulersofEvil.com, no one till now has suggested or pointed me in the direction of my discovery. I'm pretty good at using the internet to find things. Sometimes, my cynicism gets the better of me and leads me into discouragement, and I just don't dig enough. It took another fellow ROEder (a.k.a. superninja) to nudge, or should we say more accurately -- push me to dig further.

Guess what I found with a little more perseverance? Not only did I discover an archive site of a complete archive of the original RulersofEvil.com with the first eight chapters of the book, this archive.org via its "waybackmachine," provides a complete history of RulersofEvil.com from its inception on Nov. 16, 2002 to its demise on June 30, 2007. Remember, that on June 13, 2007, is when I first discovered that the parent site to RulersofEvil.com had died recorded in my "Addendum to: In Response to Calls for an Encore." So, the actual demise of the site was somewhere between May 30, 2007 and June 13. According to archive.org, May 30 was the last good archive of the site with the entire first eight chapters. That is what I am providing here...

Rulers of Evil: Chapters 1 - 8

This is just an example of how powerful and versatile the Internet is for us. It has strengths apparently I myself have not fully appreciated. Having said that, I believe many others do not fully appreciate this tool that has been given to us. I say that, because this instrument of both "grace and peril" will not last forever as we currently know it. To make this point crystal clear, I want to direct you all to archive April 11, 2003. Servando Gonzalez's "Capturing the Internet," says it all. As a net engineer and analyst for some 10+ years now, I have heard about the concept of "Internet II" since at least 10 of those years (going back to nearly the inception of "The Web") to provide a "faster and more secure internet experience." Work on this has accelerated significantly since 9/11/2001. If you don't believe me that this will come via a severe cyber attack upon the west, then peruse this archive for a while and highlight the keyword "cyber." Then peruse this archive, and look for keyword "hack." The "writing is on the wall," folks.

Since "I-2" will be upon us before many realize it, I have already begun my own personal "archiving" tasks. I fear that some day soon, it will be illegal to even own a hard drive. All information to the general public will be provided via a state controlled "net" that one can never turn off or disconnect. It will be illegal to own books, and practically a "hard copy" of anything. Those who peruse sci-fi books, films, and games will find the common theme of a future devoid of "hard copies." This will be the only way to "control" society. Unfortunately, the masses will practically embrace this, via their "carefully engineered upbringing." Those who do not conform, will be dealt with not too dissimilar to the way futurist authors depict. Anything starting from mere stigmatized institutionalization to outright public execution.

But fear not, dear people. The "Day of the Lord," may well be coming soon. Very soon perhaps? Hold fast to the Faith, and remember to be "wise as serpents," as we also are to be "gentle as doves."

Peace be to you all...

The Paradox of Dr. No

If one recalls my "Yep, Just a Coincidence" posting back a little over three years ago, I was literally begging and pleading to be able to vote for Dr. Ron Paul on a winnable ticket. That was over three years ago, shortly after my "Open Letter to Rush." A lot has transpired since then, and as I again recount in "Response to Calls for an Encore," as I did in June 2006, my mind has been "more educated, purified, and refined by further critical inquiries," and "been exercised and developed to the point of at least 12 times that." That "purifying, refining, and exercising," is far from complete. I have yet to share my thoughts specifically concerning "the days of Noah," as amplified by Dr. Horn in his The Ahriman Gate, and Nephilim Stargates; and Dr. Heiser in his The Facade.

I had been introduced to Ralph Epperson via Frank Whalen's "Frankly Speaking," about a year prior to even knowing Tupper Saussy existed. In fact, I have met him in person here in Austin on his lecture circuit. Epperson has been at the task even longer than Saussy, clocking in some 45 years of research as a credentialed history professor. He is only eclipse by Eustace Mullins' 60+ years, who speaks highly of Saussy. By the grace of God, both Epperson and Mullins are still alive with us on prima materia. But, for how much longer? Time is not on our side, dear people. Nor is it for our adversaries. The "day of reckoning" is coming for us both. Perhaps what follows will cement that further in your hopefully fertile minds.

If ROE is not enough to convince us all that Dr. Paul does not have a "snow ball's" chance in hell, or if he could ever get the nomination and actually s-
elected, the following four part series should convince you that Hillary is already selected for POTUS, and if she should "screw up" like Jorge 41 did, and Dr. Paul should somehow be allowed to continue the GOP reign for another four to eight years, then he will be no less restrained than Reagan. The following fills in a lot of details unfulfilled by ROE. Author Epperson pretty much comes to the same conclusions as Saussy. Epperson is probably one of the few real experts on Freemasonry. His findings on the real nature of the name "America" is quite indisputable, and pretty much follows in line with Bay and Pinto [1] in their "The New Atlantis," and "Riddles in Stone." He very much "seals" the fact with bloody accuracy that the Constitution of 1789 is a Jesuit document, without even mentioning the S.J.'s and just a subtle hint of the Roman Church in his entire four part series.

America's Secret Destiny (video one - includes Part 1 and Part 2)

America's Secret Destiny (video two - includes Part 3 and Part 4)

Total viewing time: 3 hours

Believe me people, it is well worth it. I'm afraid far more important than any Ron Paul video. Either Dr. Paul is that naive (or at the very least innocently unwittingly cooperating not much different than Martin Luther did with the Rosicrucians), or he is simply part of "The Machine" like Alex Jones, Pat Buchanan, and Thomas Braden. Pray for courage to watch these. They may not be pleasant even to the best "harden" ROEder...

Now maybe we can really appreciate what Fred (243: On Escaping Democracy) was talking about concerning voting...

Need I still remind people of Wilson's words?
" A great industrial nation is controlled by its system of credit. Our system of credit is concentrated. The growth of the nation and all of our activities are in the hands of a FEW men. We have come to be one of the worst ruled, one of the most completely CONTROLLED and dominated governments in the world no longer a government of free opinion, no longer a government by conviction and vote of the majority, but a government by the opinion and duress of SMALL groups of dominant men. "
- Woodrow Wilson, "Campaign Speeches" (1912)
Tell me dear people. How is it any different today from 1912? A better question to pose would be, "How much worse has it actually gotten?" Deception is a powerful tool of "the rulers of the darkness of this world." [2] Time to wake from your slumber...

[1] No, no people... NOT that pinto you are thinking of. This is Chris Pinto with David Bay.

A Little Treat in the Interim..

"Rulers of Evil," may be getting harder to find and procure for oneself. However, there is still hope on the horizon. Efforts to engineer an e-book version are still underway. There are some individuals who still have extra copies of their own to distribute to ones who really wish to read, absorb, and digest ROE's precious morsels. If one does enough of a thorough search on the web, there apparently are still valued copies available for those who choose to dig.

In the meantime, I have just been made available a unique treasure. After the publishing of ROE, Saussy began work on a sequel tentatively entitled "Gods For The Godless." (GFTG). Unfortunately, Saussy never published a finished work prior to his death. However, Saussy did "leak out" teasers to select ROEders beginning after 9/11/01. It should be added here, that the HarperCollins edition of ROE was just released prior (weeks) to 9/11. And then, soon after that eventful date, HC decided to cancel ROE. ROE never had a chance to get beyond a first printing. It was first released under another publisher, Ospray Bookmakers, in 1999 to a very limited printing and a much higher retail price ($50.00) to the more mainstream HC price of $19.95. That edition (still available at Tupper's site) would be considered a "collectors edition" for the so inclined.

Tupper in ROE last only mentioned current/world events only up to the Waco incident in 1993. Since right after 9/11, ROEders would email Tupper, hammering him for perspective since those eventful hours, and days. Tupper began responding to his audience beginning in Dec. of that very same year. I don't think Tupper ever envisioned or meant to do a sequel post ROE. However, it appeared that 9/11 events and post that to the beginnings of the second Gulf War would soon demand it. His first installment, "Abiding in Religious War: Useful Knowledge About the Attack on America," appeared to be the beginning of what hoped to eventually be GFTG. I have just been made available to this draft via another dear ROEder, and now present to the public for their enrichment. Hopefully, more installments will be discovered by same in his archives, and thus made available to me and my audience in due time.

I must also point out, that prior to Tupper's new website, in his original "Museum," Tupper made available an excerpt to GFTG entitled, "Designer Villains." If one goes to the link still today under the archived Museum, they will find it nowhere to be found. Well, I had the wisdom to archive that for myself and others, and can now also provide this to you as well. For those who are not fortunate enough to procure ROE for themselves at this particular time, I do offer these as tidbits and teasers until either you can do so, or the e-book can finally be realized. I might just say that they certainly are not substitutes for ROE. However, in light of current times and events, these are most valuable within and of themselves. As good as they are, they nevertheless will "wet" your appetite for the main course, which is undoubtedly ROE. That is until it is determined if GFTG is still viable to be a finished work by some fortunate surrogate ROEder. Let us hope on all of these accounts. Our prayers go to those who have yet to be made aware of ROE, and Tupper's legacy.

Amen...

Addendum to: In Response to Calls for an Encore

Just over a year ago, I mused just how much things had changed since my "Open Letter to Rush [Limbaugh]" I concluded, quite significantly. Thus, my "In Response to Calls for an Encore." Well, another year hence, and things have changed once again quite significantly. In this case, a bit drastic in relation to "Encore," that I must refine and give some explanation. The first one alteration that one notices is that link to "Rulers of Evil," is dead...

rulersofevil.com
This domain is expired, please renew it. Please contact us for more information.

This is a bit disconcerting at first, but I had (and others) to predict that this was inevitable. First off, some clarifications and updates. The author F. Tupper Saussy passed on to his Lord and Savior this past March in the 70th year of his birth. This will be a significant loss to the literary and fine arts community as this man was most unique, and no man like him may rise again for some time. A true "Renaissance Man." And, a very talented child of God.

The link to "Rulers of Evil," was significant in that it allowed a prospective reader to read the first eight chapters online before deciding to purchase the hardcover and continue through the entire 25 chapters, the two forwards, the author's introduction, notes, glossary, illustrations, appendices, index, and extensive bibliography. To explain what happened here is probably best done by the author himself as he exposites in his own blog about the inevitability of his work's suppression and demise...
"I shouldn't have to hawk my own book. That responsibility once belonged to HarperCollins, who dropped it not long after 9/11. Why? My literary agent believes Rulers of Evil contained information Rupert Murdoch wished to suppress because of his many vital associations with the Vatican. That makes sense to me, and I can't blame Mr. Murdoch for wanting to distance himself from my book. Actually, I was careful not to attack the Church of Rome; I simply presented numerous evidences of its rulership of global political systems, including that of the United States of America."
-- from Intellectual genocide
So at present, the HarperCollins edition is now officially "out of print." No copies can be obtained from the author's site store for $19.95. For those inclined, the Ospray Bookmakers, 1999 Hardcover "Collector's Edition" is still available for $50.00 at the Museum bookstore. These will be soon bought up by rare book sellers and will go for probably three times it's price. At Amazon.com, used copies go for more than twice the original HarperCollins publishing price to over three times as much ($45.00 - $75.00+) At ebay, probably even more. There are possibly some copies at public and university libraries, but I have a feeling they will be suppressed eventually as well. I bought a case (20 books) of the HarperCollins hardback just before Christmas of 2005. That was $5.00 per book to me. Most of them since that time have been distributed to hopefully receptive eyes and ears.

Slippery Little Minsk (lexigraphically speaking)

Yep, she got away... Amazing... Don't know how they do that. I tell ya, women are just getting more sophisticated for our own good, or they have always been clever beyond our comprehensions. Barely a week in, and could detect readily quick that she was not at all what she pretended to be. Let's just say that there was an ulterior motive[s]. Isn't there always? [big sigh] I guess some us are just meant to be and stay single. Tends to fly in the face of Gen. 2:18, don't it? Oh well. Keep praying for me. I know many of you are, as I do my level best to pray for your needs in kind. Sorry hazim, can't marry what I can't bag...

Is "Minsk" synonymous with skunk? (lexigraphically speaking) that is...

Well, there is still hope... I still hold to my "Luther," and "Mutt" formulas...

Clues: Most here should know what "Luther" I am referring to... Mutt = "the honorary sixth member of Def Leppard." So, I just need to find me an "ex nun," or a saucy singer? Or, do I just settle for that "Major Dad" route? Maybe it will be somewhere in between... Life, what an adventure...

Just got a bite

Whoa nilly... I may have hooked something here. The only one thus far, but it only takes one with the right kind of bait. I think she likes the bait. She is already calling me "baby." Reeling her in slow and sure. If I can get her "in the net," then....... for hazim, I will have to fillet....... I mean marry her.... (notice I did NOT say -- mount [1] [2])

Film at eleven (in a year or so)......

[1] a little Grumpier Old Men humor
[2] that will come later (or maybe sooner???)

P.S. Her first name is actually etymologically synonymous with fidelity. How can one pass that up?
